US President Joe Biden goes after his predecessor Donald Trump after the latter appeared to mock Israel’s failure to anticipate Hamas’s massive onslaught and called the Hezbollah terror group “very smart.”

Trump at a campaign rally yesterday said the US and Israel should not have publicly warned Hezbollah against joining Hamas in the war.

“Our nation’s support for Israel is resolute and unwavering,” reads a tweet from Biden’s X (formerly Twitter) account, which links to a clip from Trump’s campaign rally.

“The right time to praise the terrorists who seek to destroy them is never,” the Biden tweet adds.

Unlike the former president, who regularly used the platform to attack rivals and send unfiltered messages to the public, Biden is widely understood to not be personally operating his own social media account.
