After 20 years without a kindergarten, Moshav Zarit, located on the Lebanese border, opens a new class, with 13 children.
“Who would have believed that after 20 years, there would be a generation here who can bring hope and a future to the moshav located near the border with Hezbollah in Lebanon?” the moshav’s chairman, Itzik Ben Mocha says, referring to the threat from the Iran-backed terror group.
The Moshav Movement’s secretary general Amit Yifrach say: “It is precisely now, from the fragments, that a symbol of life, of continuity and of a community that believes in the future has been born. The children of Zarit represent a new generation that is growing hope, values and a great love for the place.”
