Kremlin: Russia would halt attack ‘in a moment’ if Ukraine agrees to 3 conditions
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleRussia would halt its invasion of Ukraine “in a moment” if Kyiv agrees to three conditions, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov says, according to Reuters.
Peskov says Ukraine must cease all military action; ensure it remains a neutral country, including through changes to its constitution; and recognize Crimea as Russia and the separatist republics of Donetsk and Lugansk as independent.
