Palestinians say toll in Gaza strikes rises to 13

Health officials in the Gaza Strip raise the death toll of the Israeli Air Force strikes in the Palestinian enclave this morning to 13.
The director of the Shifa Hospital is cited by Palestinian media as saying four children and six women are among the dead.
Three senior Islamic Jihad members were the targets of the strikes, and are among the 13 dead.
Earlier, the Hamas-run health ministry said at least 20 people were wounded in the strikes.
