Police chief praises officers, says continued vigilance is required
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIn a missive to police officers, Commissioner Kobi Shabtai says the coming period will “obligate us to continue to confront terrorism, as it cruelly raises its head.” He says this means “a continued boosting of our activity in the streets, and continued broad deployment that will enable us to quickly respond to any incident.”
Shabtai also praises the conduct of police officers for “courageously” responding to recent attacks in a manner that “stopped the killing sprees and saved many lives.”
