Police late Friday placed a gag order on a murder that took place in Tel Aviv earlier in the day, not long after an Israeli Arab gunman shot dead two Israelis and injured several more in a shooting spree on Dizengoff Street in the city center.
The later murder took place on Yunitsman Street in the north of the city. The victim was a taxi driver from the Shfela region of south-central Israel. His body was found on open ground. He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police were investigating whether there was a connection between the two incidents.
