An Israeli soldier was lightly injured in a clash with Palestinians in the West Bank city of Nablus, during the overnight hours between Thursday and Friday.

The soldier was taken for medical treatment after being hit by shrapnel from an improvised grenade during an operation in the city’s central casbah, Israel Radio reported.
