A 21-year-old man was arrested early Saturday morning after threatening passengers on a British Airways flight from London to Tel Aviv.
He was also suspected of running wildly around the plane.
The cabin crew alerted Ben Gurion Airport security to the hazard, and the man was arrested upon landing by a security team that boarded the plane.
The man was checked for weapons before being taken for questioning over belligerent behavior that he was said to have exhibited during the flight. Security authorities said they believe the suspect acted independently.
