A record number of people, around 8,000, mostly aged 16 to 35, have visited “Israel fairs” held in France at the initiative of the Jewish Agency and the Ministry for Immigration Absorption.
The fairs are being held in Paris, Lyon and Marseille and are intended to present to French Jews the different options of living in Israel, including placement in learning programs subsidized by the Masa program of the Jewish Agency and the government.
