Ex-MK calls for tighter security around Hebron settlement

A former Jewish Home lawmaker called for tightened up security around the Jewish settlement enclave in the West Bank city of Hebron after her son was lightly injured in a stabbing attack today.

Orit Strock says that “the time has come to close up all the breaches in Hebron,” the Walla news site reports.

“Just two days ago I asked the brigade commander to close the breach at the staircase where the attack took place. Right now I’m waiting at the hospital for my son,” she says.
