Hamas health ministry says 219 Gazans killed in current conflict

The Hamas-run Gaza health ministry says 219 Gazans have been killed since the current fighting began last week.

The ministry says 63 of the dead are minors. It says 1,530 people have been wounded.

Israel has said at least 150 of the fatalities are members of Palestinian terror groups, and that many of the civilian casualties are the result of hundreds of errant Hamas rockets that landed inside the Strip, failing to make it into Israel.
