IDF court jails soldier for 3 years for selling rifle
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA military court has sentenced an IDF soldier to three years in prison for selling a combat rifle to a gang in the central city of Lod for NIS 54,000.
The sentence was one of the most severe handed down to an active duty soldier in recent years, Ynet reports. The soldier’s punishment was cut to three years as part of a plea deal.
