Israeli journalist for Iran TV freed to house arrest

Nazareth Magistrate’s Court frees to house arrest an Israeli journalist working for Iranian TV.

Bassam al-Safadi was arrested on Wednesday for what police said was alleged incitement and supporting terror groups.

He is a reporter for the al-Alam news network, which draws its funding from the state-run Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting company.

Police say the investigation into the allegations is still ongoing.
