Kibbutz Be’eri announces that its resident Sahar Baruch, who was kidnapped and taken hostage in Gaza on October 7, has died while in captivity.
The statement does not detail how and when the 25-year-old died, but says he was murdered in the Strip.
Yesterday, Hamas released a propaganda video that they said showed Baruch dead.
“We demand the return of his body as part of any hostage deal. We won’t stop until everyone is home,” the kibbutz says.
Baruch’s 20-year-old brother, Idan, was killed by terrorists on October 7.
Gaza terrorists are believed to hold the bodies of at least 18 murdered hostages.
