PM’s office says Netanyahu left hospital last night after dental work; trial testimony to end early again

His office stated last night that he arrived at the hospital for dental work, following reports on the matter. The premier’s health has become a major focus after several incidents exposed him to criticism over the withholding of medical information from the public, leading to considerable speculation as to the prime minister’s overall health.

His office adds that the premier will leave his hearing in his corruption trial early today due to “diplomatic obligations.”

Netanyahu’s hearing yesterday ended early as well due to “diplomatic and security reasons.” His testimony has been beset by numerous delays, with the premier frequently asking for hearings to be cancelled or cut short.
