Security budget doubled for Mount of Olives

The Religious Affairs Ministry announces that it will double its security budget for the Mount of Olives cemetery following a string of incidents in which gravestones were vandalized.

Religious Affairs Minister David Azoulay took a tour of the site Tuesday, Israel Radio reports, and says that even though there are 5,000 plots available at the site, people are concerned about desecration of the graves because of the lack of security.
