Two IDF officers were injured in a training accident on Tuesday.
The two, a company commander and a platoon commander, both serving in the Paratroopers’ 890 battalion, were taking part in an exercise on Mount Dov near the border with Lebanon.
Other soldiers at the scene of the accident gave the injured men first aid treatment until an army helicopter arrived to take them to Rambam Medical Center in Haifa.
The army said one of them was in moderate condition while the other sustained light injuries.
