Schools now expected to close Thursday due to spike in virus cases
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleMinisters have decided not to close schools on Wednesday, as was suggested due to soaring coronavirus rates, according to Hebrew media reports.
But the government is expected to shutter schools starting Thursday, rather than on Friday, when the national lockdown begins.
