Swimmer Ron Polonsky breaks Israel’s record in the 100m breaststroke heat at the Paris Olympics

Israeli swimmer Ron Polonsky breaks the country’s record in the 100m breaststroke heat at the Paris Olympics, with a time of 1:00:00.

He also held the previous record of 1:00:07.

Polonsky finishes sixth in the race and qualifies for the semi-finals.

His sister, Leah Polonsky, is also a breaststroke swimmer on the Israeli team in Paris.
