Actor Seth Rogen is bringing his cannabis company, Houseplant, to the United States.

“Almost ten years I go, I envisioned having my own weed company. And today I can say that my company Houseplant’s weed will be available in California next week!” tweeted the Jewish Canadian-American comedian on Monday.

In a video attached to the tweet, he added: “If you know anything about me at all, I’m gonna assume it’s that I really love weed. But what you probably don’t know about me is that I’ve been working on my own weed company for the last ten years, and we are finally ready to launch in America.

“It’s called Houseplant, and what we’re doing is bringing you the best strains of weed that have been handpicked — and by that I mean hand-smoked — by me! “It’s just the weed that I love and that I wanna be smoking,” he added.

“This is honestly my life’s work and I’ve honestly never been so excited about anything,” said the “Knocked Up” and “Pineapple Express” actor.

Houseplant was launched in Toronto in 2019. According to Rogen, the company also sells ceramics and other merchandise.

Rogen, in an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last year, said he’s been smoking a “truly ungodly amount of weed” while in quarantine amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

“This has been fine. I am built for this. I’ve kind of been self-isolating since 2009,” he joked.
