Deputy Foreign Minister Sharren Haskel condemns the terror attack in Jerusalem this morning and says that it underlines the “importance of arming civilians,” because increasing the number of gun-carrying Israelis will help stop such attacks and minimize casualties.

The shooters, two West Bank Palestinians, were reportedly shot by a soldier and an armed ultra-Orthodox man.
