A Hezbollah operative who launched rockets at northern Israel earlier today was targeted in a drone strike, the IDF says.
According to the army, all of the rockets fired by the terror group fell short in Lebanon and did not cross the border into Israel.
Sirens had sounded in the border community of Arab al-Aramshe amid the attack claimed by Hezbollah.
Reservists of the Oded Brigade spotted the operative behind the attack, and a short while later a drone struck him, the IDF says.
Several more projectiles were fired by Hezbollah at northern Israel in the last few hours, all of which impacted open areas according to the IDF. The military says it is shelling the launch sites with artillery.
There are no injuries in the attacks.
