IDF: Navy conducted successful test of LRAD interceptor missile from Sa’ar 6 warship

The IDF says the Navy recently conducted a successful test of an LRAD missile, part of the BARAK MX air defense system, launched from a Sa’ar 6-class corvette.
It says the test included a “precision rocket fired at a target representing a strategic asset at sea.”
The BARAK MX system identified the rocket and shot it down with an LRAD interceptor missile, according to the Navy.
