Italy’s ITA Airways suspends Tel Aviv route until August 6
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleItaly’s ITA Airways is suspending flights to and from Tel Aviv “due to the geopolitical developments in the Middle East and to ensure the safety of its passengers and crews,” the airline says in a statement on its website.
Flights have been suspended until August 6, it adds.
Several airlines have canceled or suspended flights after 12 children were killed in a Hezbollah rocket strike in the Golan Heights last week, which prompted Israel to retaliate, killing the Lebanese terror group’s top military chief Fuad Shukr.
