Prime Minister Yair Lapid and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz begin their discussion with Holocaust survivors at the House of the Wannsee Conference outside of Berlin.
The survivors and their families flew from Israel on Lapid’s plane.
The House of the Wannsee Conference is a villa turned into a memorial where senior Nazis and bureaucrats coordinated plans in 1942 for the Final Solution to exterminate Jews.
