London’s Heathrow Airport partly evacuates terminal due to possible hazardous material

Part of a terminal at Heathrow Airport in London is evacuated because of a possible hazardous material, authorities said.
The check-in area at Terminal 4 is closed and evacuated while emergency services respond, a Heathrow spokesperson said.
Crowds of passengers with luggage can be seen outside the terminal as firefighters respond to the scene.
The London Fire Brigade says the evacuation was a precaution.
The airport asks passengers not to travel to the terminal. All other terminals are operating.
