Paris: Israeli swimmer Anastasia Gorbenko advances to semifinals in women’s 200m individual medley

Israeli swimmer Anastasia Gorbenko finishes 11th in the heats of the women’s 200m individual medley at the 2024 Paris Olympics, with a time of 2:11.53, and advances to the semifinal.

Fellow Israeli Leah Polonsky finishes 28th, with a time of 2:17.53 and does not advance. Palestinian swimmer Valerie Rose Tarazi finishes 32nd overall and also does not advance.

The semifinal in the event will be held tonight.
