PM said to send message to Hamas that Israel won’t accept West Bank violence

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu conveys a message to Hamas through Egyptian intermediaries that Israel will not be willing to accept a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip if Hamas is simultaneously orchestrating terror attacks in the West Bank, as has been the case over recent months.

Netanyahu also sent a message to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas demanding that the PA security forces take steps to prevent escalation over the Green Line, a senior official says.
