The ambassadors of the United Kingdom and the European Union to Israel condemn this morning’s deadly shooting attack by Palestinian terrorists at the Ramot Junction in Jerusalem.

British ambassador to Israel Simon Walters calls the attack “abhorrent” in a post on X, extending his “deepest condolences” to the families of those killed and injured, adding that “The cycle of violence must end.”

The European Union’s envoy to Israel, Michael Mann, also takes to X to “strongly condemn” the attack, asserting that “Terrorism and violence against civilians are never justified.”
