Israeli tour guide killed in Kyrgyzstan car accident
Israeli embassy in neighboring Kazakhstan assisting in return of 60-year-old Dani Nahum’s body

An Israeli tour guide was killed in a car accident over the weekend in the Kyrgyz capital of Bishkek, the Foreign Ministry confirmed Sunday.
The body of 60-year-old Dani Nahum is being transferred back to Israel by the Israeli embassy in Kazakhstan, which also covers relations with neighboring Kyrgyzstan.
Nahum’s assistant was also injured in the car accident and is being treated at a local hospital in Kyrgyzstan, according to a Channel 2 report.
In September, the body of a 22-year-old Israeli traveler who disappeared in the same country was found, after a six-day search. The Israeli Clal Insurance rescue team located Hila Livne’s body in a gorge in the area where she had been hiking.
Livne had fallen from a cliff in the Sari-Chalak nature reserve and was killed.
