The New Israel Fund announces that it is awarding its 2025 Truth to Power award to activist Adi Argov, director of the Daily Page project, for her work exposing rights abuses against Palestinian children.

The prize is worth NIS 100,000 ($30,000) and was founded in memory of the late Bill Goldman, a University of San Francisco professor, activist, and board member of the dovish New Israel Fund.

Awarding the prize, the fund cited Argov’s “rare work carried out with courage, determination, and unwavering moral commitment.”

Argov, a 59-year-old clinical psychologist, mother and grandmother, and longtime political activist, works alone and without compensation to systematically bring to public attention incidents of harm to Palestinians, particularly children, the fund says, adding that the Daily Page project, which she launched in 2020, reports and documents on a daily basis attacks, clashes, home demolitions, and rights violations in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, with a focus on harm to children.

The prize committee notes that “in the face of silencing, fear, and alienation—Adi delivers fragments of harrowing truth, consistently, accurately, and with sensitivity. She creates a visible and tangible reality that challenges the wall of denial, confronting powerful political and media forces on a daily basis, at personal risk.”

Last year’s prize was awarded to Einav Zangauker, mother of Hamas hostage Matan Zangauker.
