Bennett calls for unity, social solidarity to give military time for Iran operation

Speaking at the site of Sunday’s deadly Iranian missile strike in Beit Shemesh, former prime minister Naftali Bennett issues a call for unity and determination, stating that “every hour of our current operation in Iran is another step toward dismantling the Iranian death machine that has been built over 30 years.”

“Every hour that the air force’s pilots are operating in Iran means another missile factory destroyed, another nuclear tunnel demolished, and another regime unit struck. Therefore, the Israeli public is now required to focus on three things: determination, safety, and unity. To act with determination, to strictly adhere to safety protocols and all directives, and to remain united,” Bennett says.

Holding a prayer book from the synagogue hit yesterday, some of whose members were killed, Bennett contrasts Israel and Iran, stating that “the Iranian terror regime is doing everything in its power to kill as many Israeli citizens as possible while the State of Israel is doing everything in its power to avoid harming Iranian civilians, targeting only the regime, missile production plants, and nuclear infrastructure.”

“This is not simple, and it is not easy” and repeatedly rushing for shelter “is unpleasant,” he continues. “This may last for days or even weeks. However, in these coming days of determination, we must provide the full operational space needed and remain united until the task is complete.”
