IDF chief speaks with UK counterpart after attack on Israeli-operated ship
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleMilitary chief Aviv Kohavi speaks with his British counterpart Nick Carter, following a deadly attack on an Israeli-operated vessel near Oman.
“The two discussed the recent events in the area and the common challenges to the countries,” a statement from the Israel Defense Forces says.
The statement comes as UK Foreign Minister Dominic Raab says it’s “highly likely” Iran was behind the attack, in which a British national and Romanian citizen were killed.
