Iran’s Fars news agency says the emerging draft agreement between Tehran and Washington stipulates that the US and its allies will not attack Iran or its allies, and in return Iran pledges not to launch any preemptive attacks on the US or its allies.

According to Axios, the Memorandum of Understanding makes clear that the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah will end.

Israel will be permitted to strike Hezbollah if the terror group instigates or carries out attacks, the report says. The Iran-backed group renewed rocket and drone attacks on Israel in March.
