Israeli skier Noa Szollos fails to complete the women’s slalom at the 2026 Milano Cortina Games, ending her Olympic run.
Szollos misses a gate in the first run of the event at the Tofane Alpine Skiing Centre in Cortina d’Ampezzo, and will not advance to the second run later today. With dozens of skiers still to compete, almost 20 have been disqualified so far for similar errors.
Szollos, a Hungarian native at her second Olympic Games for Israel, finished 35th in the women’s giant slalom on Sunday out of 76 skiers.
Israel has now wrapped up all its skiing events at the 2026 Olympics, with only figure skating and four-man bobsleigh still ahead.
