Opposition Leader Yair Lapid welcomes the High Court of Justice’s ruling that the state must draw up criminal and economic sanctions against Haredi draft dodgers within 45 days.
“The High Court of Justice has announced: The mass draft-dodging operation funded by the coalition is illegal and prohibited by law. We will fight by every means to ensure that not a single shekel is transferred through back channels to draft-dodging Haredim. We will not allow any under-the-table schemes,” declares Lapid.
