Michigan State Chabad hit with stone, swastika graffiti in separate incidents

The Chabad Jewish Center at Michigan State University is targeted twice in separate incidents this week.
The Chabad said on social media yesterday that, early Tuesday morning, an assailant threw a stone at the center’s window.
No one was in the building and reinforced glass stopped the stone, the center said.
Police said today a vandal painted a swastika on the center, according to the Lansing State Journal.
Police are investigating the incident as a hate crime, the report says.
Michigan State University Chabad has been vandalized two evenings in a row.
On Tuesday night, a male was seen on video throwing large rocks at the windows and doors, causing damage.

The mass shooting in Sydney, Australia this week targeted a Chabad event, and members of the community have been attacked in two incidents in New York City this week.
