Russia’s Ambassador to Israel Anatoly Viktorov says Moscow is in talks with Hamas to release the 200 to 250 hostages that terror groups are currently holding in Gaza.
Russia appears to be one of at least half a dozen countries that claim to be in talks with Hamas to release the hostages.
