Tel Aviv cyclists allowed to use bus lanes

From tomorrow, cyclists in Tel Aviv will be able to use some lanes reserved for public transport, Ynet says.

The new law — an initiative from Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz — applies solely to Ibn Gvirol and Namir roads, two major arteries in the city, for six months, after which further lanes are expected to open to cyclists.
