Israeli cabinet ministers starting Sunday will be armed with tablet computers at ministerial meetings instead of sheaves of documents.

The initiative, dubbed “hot table” and reportedly the brainchild of outgoing Cabinet Secretary Zvi Hauser, will enable the cabinet members to have access to government meeting agendas, proposals and all ministerial documents at their fingertips.

There was no indication as of yet what brand of tablet the ministers would be using — Apple or Windows.
