Residents of Denya neighborhood in Haifa okayed to return home
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleResidents of the Haifa neighborhood of Denya are being allowed to return to their homes, Hebrew media reports.
Tens of thousands of residents of other neighborhoods in the city are still being told to stay away, amid fears fires could flare up again.
However officials say they hope all residents will be okayed to return by tomorrow.
Denya, in the upper part of the city, was one of the last neighborhoods to evacuate. It is also where Haifa Mayor Yona Yahav lives.
