Earlier this week, a top official in Hezbollah’s precision-guided missile project was killed in an airstrike in Beirut, the military says.
The IDF says it struck and killed Muhammad Yousef Anisi, who served in Hezbollah’s weapons production division.
Anisi was “one of the leaders” of Hezbollah’s precision-guided missile project, and was a “significant source of knowledge” in the field, the military says.
