The Wood Menagerie: Works by Rudi Lehmann

An evening of video art at The Israel Museum

The special event is a performance in conjunction with the exhibition of woodcuts and sculptures by Rudi Lehmann.

German-born Rudi Lehmann (1908-1977) was a sculptor and printmaker. He made numerous woodcuts and sculptures that represented animals and their delicate traits. He remains one of the most important Israeli sculptors of his time despite never having reached  widespread fame.
