2 new Border Police companies to help curb crime in Arab community

The Border Police says two companies have been recruited to aid efforts to curb a wave of violent crime in Israel’s Arab community.

The dozens of new officers will operate in southern Israel to “increase deterrence and governance” starting Thursday.
