Elbow bumps as Rivlin-Netanyahu-Gantz summit begins
Video from the Government Press Office shows President Reuven Rivlin elbow-bumping Benjamin Netanyahu and Benny Gantz, before starting a meeting with them and a skeleton staff.
Both party leaders, who are not seen elbow-bumping each other, look somber, as Rivlin jovially appears to attempt to bring them together for a unity government.
Both had expressed interest in such a government to deal with the coronavirus threat, but refused to even come to terms over how to meet.
