The IDF Home Front Command has canceled an annual pilgrimage to the grave of 16th century mystic rabbi Isaac ben Solomon Luria Ashkenazi (known in Hebrew as Ha’Ari Hakadosh) in Safed in northern Israel between Thursday and Saturday.

The move was made following a new assessment of the situation, and in coordination with “the relevant bodies,” the IDF says.

The IDF says that there are otherwise no changes to guidelines for Israeli civilians, amid an anticipated Hezbollah and Iranian attack on the country.
