IDF probing footage showing soldier beating Palestinian in West Bank

The IDF is probing footage showing an Israeli soldier beating a Palestinian in the West Bank village of Idna earlier today.

Footage published to social media showed the soldier alongside two Israeli civilians hitting the man.

The military says that troops were dispatched to Idna following a “confrontation” between Israelis and Palestinians in the village.

“The incident and the conduct of the forces are under review,” the IDF adds.
