The IDF says it lost contact with a “suspicious aerial target” that set off sirens warning of a drone infiltration in the Rosh Hanikra area, near the border with Lebanon, for the second time in an hour this morning.

According to the military, contact with the target was lost before it crossed into Israeli airspace. The incident has since concluded and no injuries were reported.

In the earlier incident, the military similarly identified a target that disappeared before entering Israeli airspace.
