Likud ministers said angered Netanyahu didn’t let one of them form right-wing gov’t

Channel 12 news quotes two unnamed Likud ministers fuming at Prime Minister Netanyahu for showing more willingness to give up the premiership to another party leader or to head to the opposition benches than to step aside and give another member of his ruling party a chance at forming a right-wing government.

“What’s astounding is that he’s prepared to give the prime ministership to Gantz, to Bennett or to Sa’ar, that’s he’s prepared to go into the opposition — just so long as there is not a different candidate [for prime minister] from the Likud,” the Likud ministers are quoted saying of Netanyahu.
