Obama says Israel has been suffering from terror for decades

Obama speaks to delegates from about 65 countries who arrived in Washington for the summit’s closing session at the State Department.
Among those present are UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and Israel’s National Security Adviser Yossi Cohen.
